- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never spoke to a more rude manager in my life. I have been with US bank for 8 years and have never once been spoke to so rudely. She will be the the straw that breaks the camels back, policy changes not helping the customers was already making me consider switching banks. This manager was doing grocery shopping during hours instead of helping customers and the teller had to call her to come "help". She was such a b*@ch.
