  We came to Matt after we learned our home was 500 square feet smaller than we thought- thus bringing down the price of our home significantly. We consulted with him, and hired him because we felt his advice and evaluation were honest and on target. I liked how much communication he had with us through the whole process, and he was constantly stopping by to make sure the house was progressing as we prepared it for showing ( we didn’t live there at the time, and we appreciated him checking in!). We did have a tricky situation where Matt represented both us as sellers and the buyers. I sometimes felt that the buyers interests took priority, as they had used Matt on multiple real estate purchases and sales. I had a few frank conversations without any awkwardness, and in the end we got more out of our sale than we had hoped for. Thanks for all your help, Matt!

  Matt is an excellent Realtor. He found us exactly what we were looking for in a rental. He answered every question we asked and was very prompt when returning our calls. He worked very hard for us and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
