- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely worst builder ever! Do not build with them! Had over 50 warranty items in the 1st year and they wouldn't follow through on some of them. This is the 3rd new home we have built, and in 1 year we submitted more home warranty issues for repair than our previous 2 homes that we lived in for 11 years! The quality is terrible. The customer service is argumentative and not responsive. They did everything possible to avoid doing the right thing and following through.
